Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully. They contain important information and set out your agreement with Global Travel

Global Travel is registered in Vietnam . The contract and all matter arising from it is subject to Vietnamese law and Vietnamse courts.

By booking a tour and paying the non-refundable deposit, you acknowledge you have read and agree to Global Travel booking conditions.

The booking conditions are obligatory when Global Travel confirms your booking by phone, fax, mail or emails.

Prices and inclusions

Prices are based on the exchange rates and the real costs of the tour services at the time of writing this website. The prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Inclusions:
Accommodation (from 1 to 5 star hotels, superior rooms, twin sharing)
All meals indicated in the itineraries
Ground transport throughout the tours (convenient road vehicles, boat, train, motorbike, tuk tuk, rickshaw, bicycle, horse-cart, cow-cart, or elephant)
All domestic flights indicated in the itineraries
Entrance fees to all the sites in the itineraries
Local English, French, Russian speaking guides throughout the tours

Exclusions:

Visa to the countries where the tour is taking place.
International flights to and from the countries where the tour takes place.
Domestic and international airport taxes and surcharges.
All kinds of insurance.
All kinds of personal expenses and tips.
Any costs not indicated above.

Please note : Global Travel tries to arrange full-board tours for travelers due to the fact that it may cost travelers more time and money to do by themselves. But yet, we can deduct some costs such as meals or entrance fees from the total tour price if travelers wish to arrange by themselves.

Reservation conditions:

You must pay a deposit of 30% of the tour price when booking a tour 35 days before departure.
You must pay 20% more of the full payment 28 days before departure.
If you book a tour less than 28 days before departure, you must pay 50% of the full payment.

You will pay the rest 50% of the tour price when you arrive at the country of destination.

Terms of payment:

Cash payment or bank transfer is acceptable. Transaction fee should be on your side.

Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed and binding when Global Travel has received your 50% payment and sent you a receipt by email, fax, or post.
Global Travel will always confirm your booking at the rate for a (7-10)-people- group, superior twin sharing room

Cancellations:

- If you cancel the trip 34 - 28 days before the departure. Global Travel will refund your deposit.
- If you cancel the trip 27 – 14 days before the departure, you will lose 10% of the full payment.
- If you cancel the trip less than 14 days before the departure, you will lose 30 % of the full payment.
- If No show, you will lose 50% of the full payment.

Your trip:

Please keep in mind that your trips are in Vietnam and neighbour countries where standards of accommodation, transport, hygiene, medical facilities and other infrastructure may, at times, be lower than those you normally expect.

Traveling with Global Travel requires a certain measure of flexibility, good humour, and an understanding that the itinerary, accommodation and modes of transport may be changed due to circumstances beyond our control. Global Travel has the responsibility to make necessary changes without liability.

Force Majeure:

Global Travel will not be responsible for any unforeseen or unavoidable events which are beyond our control such as: earthquake, storm, flood, war or threat of war, riot, strike, disease, fire, and similar events. In the case of Force Majeure, Global Travel will do its best to maintain at your own costs as much comfort and safety for you as possible. However, Global Travel will not accept liability and reserves the right to change or cancel trips.

INSCRIPTION:

L'inscription à l'un des nos voyages implique l'acceptation sans réserve des conditions générales et particulières de vente. Toute inscription à l'un de nos voyages implique de la part de l'acheteur, le virement à notre banque d'un acompte égal à 50% du prix du voyage . Le solde devra être réglé et encaissé dès de votre arrivée au Vietnam .

Dans le cas contraire, Global Travel se réserve le droit d'annuler le voyage et de retenir tout votre acompte déposé. En cas d'inscription moins d'un mois avant votre arrivée, la totalité du prix du voyage est alors à régler. Dès votre confirmation du voyage, une facture sera établie par Global Travel et vous sera envoyée par fax ou par courrier. La confirmation définitive du voyage précisant les dates, la nature de la prestation et le prix ne pourra être adressée que si le montant du voyage est intégralement réglé. Les participants inscrits par l'intermédiaire d'une agence de voyages, ont et conservent cette agence comme seul intermédiaire dans toutes les relations avec nous. Le virement bancaire dont les frais sont à votre charge, est à effectuer aux comptes suivants

ANNULATION:

L'annulation émanent du client entraîne le versement de frais variables selon la date à laquelle elle intervient :

De 27 à 14 jours avant le départ : 10% du prix total.

Moin de 14 jours avant le depart: 30% du prix total.

De 10 à 2 jours avant le départ : 80% du prix total.

Dans le cas d'annulation du voyage de notre part, moins de 21 jours avant la date prévue pour cas de force majeure ou de sécurité nous vous remboursons la totalité des sommes versées.

Responsabilités:

Global Travel agissant en tant qu'organisateur de voyages, s’engage à fournir au Client/Agence tous les services mentionnés dans le contrat de vente.

Durant le déroulement du voyage, le Client/Agence doit respecter les règlements annoncés par le guide ou par le responsable du prestataire de services.

Tout ce qui se passe hors du programme ou du contrat accordé n’est pas sous la responsabilité de Global Travel

Global Travel est responsable devant le Client/Agence en tant qu'intermédiaire entre le Client/Agence et les différents prestataires des services (avions, hôtels, transports, restaurants, bateaux,...).Global Travel doit dans tous les cas faire de son mieux pour satisfaire le Client/Agence, mais ne saurait être confondu avec ces divers prestataires de services, qui, en tout état de cause, conservent leur propre responsabilité.

FORMALITES:

Le client est informé de diverses modalités administratives et sanitaires. Ces informations sont fournies à titre indicatif par Global Travel et ne serait être tenu pour responsable d'un changement éventuel des dispositions relatives à ces formalités. Il est de la responsabilité de chaque client de les vérifier avant le départ et de respecter la réglementation du pays de l'arrivée jusqu'à son départ.

Visa on arrival

A Vietnamese entry visa is required for all foreigners wishing to visit Vietnam except for citizens of countries having bilateral agreements on visa exemption with Viet Nam.

• Arrival visa means the visa that you can collect upon arrival at the airport. The advantages
  of arrival visa is you will not need to go anywhere to apply for the visa and it is convenient
  for people who really want to save their valuable. 
• You will need to have a letter of visa upon arrival which is issued by Vietnam Immigration
  Department. Airlines accept this letter and you can get visa upon arrival at airports in Viet Nam.

      How it works:

         send us all information as follows:

•  Your title (Mr./Mrs./Ms.)
•  Your name exactly as it appears in your passport (with middle name)
•  Date of birth
•  Nationality
•  Passport No. (valid at least 06 months)
•  Proposed date of arrival
